Returns Policy
We operate a 10-day returns policy, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of
invoice. The postage cost for the return of the item is your responsibility. We will issue a
replacement or a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
To return an item, please pack the item securely, enclosing our invoice (which is attached to
the front of the packaging we sent the goods in originally) and send to the address below.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
If the item is damaged on receipt please contact our Customer Services Team, on 020 8941
8589, within 3 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after this time.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If the item is damaged on return, and the damage is not reported, we will only be able to
make a partial refund.
Right to Cancel
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel
your order for any reason within 7 working days following the day on which you receive the
goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition and our invoice must be
enclosed.
We will reimburse you in full, or credit your account, on receipt of the returned goods. You
will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods
are faulty).
