Forum Business Media Ltd - Returns Policy
Inspection copies of our publications are not available. Forum Business Media Ltd is able to supply sample pages for better evaluation of a publication.
You must return the goods to us seal(s) intact and in their original condition within 21 days of the date of invoice. You must not break the seal on the CD-ROM on any of our publications. Once the seal has been broken the item must be paid for. Items returned to Forum Business Media with the seal broken will not be accepted. It is Forum Business Media’s policy to pursue for payment.
Any items returned after the 21 day period has ended will not be accepted by Forum Business Media. Our invoice will remain owing and Forum Business Media will pursue payment.
The cost of the return postage is your responsibility. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we shall not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
To return an item:
- Pack the item securely enclosing our invoice.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not have the invoice, ensure you enclose a compliment slip or letter heading which identifies who has returned the goods; we are unable to process returned items with no such identification, which will result in Forum Business Media pursing for payment.
- Return to: Forum Business Media Ltd, Unit F3 Kingsway Business Park, Oldfield Road, Hampton, TW12 2HD.
Damaged Goods
If the item is damaged on receipt please contact our Customer Services Team, on 020 8941 8589, within 3 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after this time. We will arrange for a replacement. If the item is damaged on return and the damage is not reported, we will only be able to make a partial refund to your account. The balance owing will remain outstanding and Forum Business Media will pursue payment.
Right to Cancel
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. The goods must be returned seal intact in their original condition and our invoice must be enclosed. We will credit your account on receipt of the returned goods. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
