Implementing Every Child Matters for Schools:
Template forms & checklists for planning, evidence-gathering & auditing
It can be hard to know where to start auditing your Every Child Matters provision and gathering evidence according to the five key outcomes. Working out which evidence to use and knowing how to incorporate it into your SEF can be a real headache for many of the schools we have spoken to.
That's why we've used our expertise to develop Implementing Every Child Matters for Schools: Model evidence and documentation on CD-ROM.
This practical CD-ROM with companion loose-leaf handbook provide you with clear, simple guidance on collating and presenting your evidence to meet the requirements of Ofsted inspectors by helping you to:
- Document the provision within your school SEF and School Improvement Plan
- Includes checklists of questions that can be used to provide comprehensive evidence to support judgements in your SEF, as well as ensuring you are perfectly prepared for Ofsted and meet the criteria they use to evaluate provision.
- Provides extracts from School Improvement Plans that illustrate links with the ECM agenda.
- Generate new ideas for promoting the key outcomes
- Benefit from the experience of other schools when considering new ways of promoting the key outcomes.
- We save you the time spent producing your own documents by including examples of surveys, letters and questionnaires and activity sheets, to assist you in your evidence-gathering.
- Develop best practice and tackle key issues related to ECM:
new developments incorporated into our publication include:
- Assess and track personal development
